This Privacy Policy is drafted in line with Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection ("Official Gazette of RS," No. 87/2018), and, as a matter of good practice given visitors from the EU, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

2. What we collect

The contact form on alveonai.com is intended solely for business-to-business communication, and through it we collect:

• Company or business name
• Tax ID, VAT number, or equivalent business registration number, depending on the country of registration
• Contact person's first and last name
• Contact person's role or position at the company
• Business email address
• Phone number (optional)
• The content of your message or inquiry

In addition, when you visit the site, certain data about your device and browsing behaviour (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on the site) is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, namely Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, described further in Section 6 and in our Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose of processing

We process data for the following purposes:

• Responding to inquiries and requests received through the contact form
• Preparing proposals and conducting business negotiations
• Keeping records of communication with clients and prospective clients (CRM purposes)
• Analysing site usage and improving its content and functionality (Google Analytics)
• Measuring advertising performance and showing relevant ads on Meta platforms, including retargeting site visitors (Meta Pixel/Meta Ads)

Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling with legal effect on individuals.

4. Legal basis for processing

• For data submitted via the contact form: the consent of the person submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and entering into or performing a contract
• For analytics cookies (Google Analytics): the visitor's consent, given through the cookie banner
• For marketing cookies (Meta Pixel/Meta Ads): the visitor's consent, given through the cookie banner

Analytics and marketing cookies are only activated once a visitor gives explicit consent via the cookie banner, as explained in detail in our Cookie Policy.

5. Recipients of data (processors)

We use the following processors/service providers, third parties to whom data may be disclosed to the extent necessary to provide their service:

• Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, for the Google Analytics service, for statistical analysis of site traffic
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc., for the Meta Pixel and Meta Ads service, for advertising measurement and optimisation

Data is shared with these providers only to the extent necessary for the services described. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially disclose your data to third parties outside these purposes.

6. Transfers outside Serbia / the European Union

Google and Meta process data on servers located outside the Republic of Serbia and the European Union, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as:

• Standard Contractual Clauses applied by Google and Meta in their data processing agreements, and/or
• Participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), where the provider is certified under that framework at the time of processing

7. Retention period

• Data submitted via the contact form is retained for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact, or until consent is withdrawn, unless a longer period follows from a signed business agreement or a legal obligation (e.g. tax or accounting rules)
• Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies are retained for the periods set out in our Cookie Policy, in line with those services' default settings

8. Your rights

Under the applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of data ("right to be forgotten"), in the cases provided by law
• Restrict processing
• Object to processing, including for direct marketing purposes
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal

Requests can be sent to info@alveonai.com. We will respond within 30 days at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or with the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence if you are in the EU.

10. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorised disclosure, proportionate to the nature and scope of the data we process.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, in particular when new data processing tools are introduced. An updated version will always be available on the site, with the date of the last revision noted.
