This website (the "Site") at alveonai.com is operated by Petar Popović PR Beograd, a company registered in the Republic of Serbia under registration number (matični broj) 68487641 and tax identification number (PIB) 115598707, with its registered seat in Belgrade, Serbia ("Alveon," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Site. We work with clients internationally; these Terms apply to anyone who visits or uses the Site, wherever they are located.
By visiting or using the Site in any way, including browsing our work, reading the blog, or submitting a project brief through the Contact page, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is a showcase of our studio, services, and past work, and a way for prospective clients to get in touch. It is informational. Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter into a contract, and no client engagement, service agreement, or statement of work is formed through the Site itself.
Any actual project we deliver, whether AI content creation, automation, digital solutions, or consulting, is governed by a separate written agreement signed between Alveon and the client, which will include its own terms on scope, payment, deliverables, timelines, and revisions. These Terms do not cover that separate agreement; they only cover your use of this website.
Unless stated otherwise, everything on the Site, including text, graphics, layout, the Alveon name and logo, and all images, video, and other creative work shown in our portfolio and blog, is owned by Alveon or licensed to us by our clients or collaborators, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or reuse any content from the Site, including portfolio images and video, for commercial purposes, or claim it as your own, without our prior written permission.
Client names, logos, and case study material shown in our portfolio are used with permission and remain the property of the respective clients.
When you submit a project brief, message, or any other information through the Contact page or by email, you confirm that you have the right to share that information and that it does not violate any third party's rights or confidentiality obligations.
We will use what you submit to evaluate your inquiry, respond to you, and, if we proceed, to scope a potential project. We treat brief submissions as confidential business communications and will not publish or share the contents of your brief without your permission. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
